PA2023 Impact on Housing Survey

Following some of our committee members presenting to the ProcureX delegates on this mater on 18 June 2026, we are proud to bring you the results of this survey.

The data reveals a sector experiencing a dichotomy of outcomes. While the strategic intent of the Act, specifically regarding procedural flexibility and robust supplier management, is widely praised, the operational reality of its administrative overhead is causing significant friction.

Only 25.5% of respondents feel the Act has simplified the regulatory landscape, while 42.6% actively disagree.
