EXPECTATED KNOWLEDGE

Contract register, Contract tiering tool (contract classification), risk registers for gold and some silver contracts. Collaboration with other contracting authorities on procurement and basic category planning (upcoming procurement activity – extensions, new contracts required, spend per category).
Monitoring contract spend for payments reporting.

  • Transforming Public Procurement e-learning.

  • Contract tiering tool and risk registers.

  • Pipeline planning.

  • Contract spend.

 

 

 

TRAINING FOR STAKEHOLDERS

Contract managers: risk register completion and supplier relationship management.
Legal team: TPP e-learning
Senior leadership: understanding reqs of gold/ silver/ bronze and the risk assessment; supplier contract spend control/ contract modifications.

Contract manager training and support on supplier performance
Working with contractors on SME subcontractor payments, supply chain risk.​

  • GCF masterclass on inflation and pricing mechanisms
