Your latest survey results are now on Knowledge hub

The survey request was sent out to all NHPA members and asked three questions;

• Which systems you use?

• What are the benefits and drawbacks?

• What time it took to implement?

NHPA members provided feedback on six e-procurement platforms: Atamis, Delta, In-Tend, Mercell, Medius, and ProContract (Proactis). Overall, experiences vary significantly across users, particularly in relation to usability, integration with Find a Tender Service (FTS), and responsiveness of supplier support.
