MISSION.
To transform UK housing procurement through collaboration, innovation, and sustainability; delivering high-quality, affordable homes that enrich communities and lives.
Born from regulation changes.
As part of the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023, Cabinet office set up sector specific communities of practice. The housing sector had 11 regional leads who felt passionate about supporting the sector beyond the initial regulatory landscape and change.
These 11 Regional groups still operate today and form the basis of the community that is the National Housing Procurement Association
